Job Description:
This position problem solves and conducts basic research into customer inquiries. This position uses best judgement to select the best course of action. This position works with both external and internal customers, and assists those customers with questions concerning their bill. This position prepares billing adjustments as needed.
Advanced or fluent level of French language required for the role.

Dealing with customers on the front line each day, the Billing Customer Service Representative uses problem solving skills to provide a best in class service to our customers. Working in a fast paced and dynamic department, the Billing Customer Service Representative provides timely and prompt attention to queries and calls in treating each delivery as if it is our only one.
