Job Description:

This position problem solves and conducts basic research into customer inquiries. This position uses best judgement to select the best course of action. This position works with both external and internal customers, and assists those customers with questions concerning their bill. This position prepares billing adjustments as needed.

Advanced or fluent level of French language required for the role.
